Contacting A Linden
You should only contact a Linden as a last resort! I'm sure not too many people know how to contact them directly so don't abuse it. Get other admins involved with the problem, then if it gets really really bad then contact someone...so heres what you do.
Go into search and on the 'all' tab. Search for this word exactly: Liaisons
That is the linden help GROUP....JUST Liaisons, that's it.
It lets you see the members of the group, but please don't contact Char Linden. That is not recommended. Go through the list, click on their profiles and find someone that is online and contact them. There is no point in contacting someone that is offline. Make sure that only ONE of you is contacting a Linden and that you only contact one, so as we don't get more than one here. They will eventually respond within a short amount of time and help.
And please, only let our Admins or the Lindens handle a problem. Do not take it into your own hands.
